1. Exchange your item for different size/color
2. Replacement for wrong or defective item sent
Free delivery for orders $300 and above.
$20 delivery charge for orders below $300.
Cut-off time is 3pm, orders made after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
Please give us at least 3-4 working days to arrange delivery upon confirmation.

Your order cannot be cancelled once you have made the payment. However, we do offer exchanges.

‘Request a quote’ allows you to get a quotation for your bulk purchases. Simply select the quantity in the product page and click “Add To Quote”. You may view and adjust the quantity of the selected products in “Request A Quote” page.
